We are specialists in the leasing and operation of hospitality real estate with many years of experience. Since 2015, at that time under a different name, we have built up hospitality operations in various markets.

Sand Explorer primarily works in large cities. We do not operate properties ourselves, but we work on the basis of an operator model with various partners. Our focus is on financing and growth, our partners take care of the day-to-day business.
